While playing at Lincoln Memorial University, Brittney was named First Team NFCA All-American and South Atlantic Region Player of the Year in 2007.
She was also named First Team All-Gulf South Conference in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
During her stint as a pitcher at LMU, Walker hurled 659 innings in a school record 124 appearances. Brittney struck out a school record 619 batters to compile a career ERA of 2.47.
Brittney was an assistant coach at LMU for 2 seasons and has returned to Chattanooga to finish her graduate degree.
