Blaes has been coaching at the High School and ASA Junior Olympic level for over 6 years. Blaes works with hitters, but specializing in the speed game with left-handed slappers. Blaes has over 10 former slappers that are now playing at the collegiate level. Blaes started over 150 games at the Division 1 level as a slapper and outfielder.
