Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, Arm Care, Speed, Rotational Power, Lateral Power, Explosiveness
Coach Stephen Pryor be working along side Emily Skipper (certified athletic trainer) w/ athletes on arm care, shoulder mobility, hip mobility, and injury prevention.
